What versions of Adobe® Acrobat®, InDesign® and Mac OS does FusionPro® 11 support?
FusionPro 11 will be a 64-bit app on Mac. It will support the current Mojave OS and will be ready to support Catalina.
On Windows, FusionPro 11 will support Acrobat DC up to 2019 and Acrobat Pro 11, InDesign CS6, 2015, 2017, and 2019. On Mac, FusionPro 11 will support Acrobat DC up to 2019 and InDesign CS6, 2015, 2017, and 2019. Please note Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 is supported on Windows only.
What are the new features in FusionPro 11?
FusionPro 11 fully supports the newer Mac 64-bit OS.
We recognized that font loading is a major pain point with our tool. To improve the productivity and efficiency for our customers, we overhauled the old font load system in FusionPro. With FusionPro 11, you will no longer need to take the time to load all the fonts together before you can start using the product. FusionPro can now load fonts on demand. When you add a new font in the system, and subsequently use this new font in a template, FusionPro will automatically load the font when it detects that the font has not been loaded. No need to reload all the fonts to pick up the new font.
Please note that users can load all the fonts together under the FusionPro menu options. For server installation, we recommend loading the fonts together.
Other new features in FusionPro 11:
- Capability to optimize PDF output for a smaller and cleaner output PDF file
- Capability to change the color of a vector art in a PDF file
- Refreshed the UI for FP Imposer tool
- Support for alternate number styles in fonts such as tabular lining or oldstyle numbers
- Updated tutorial sample files

What is the new pricing for FusionPro Creator software?
Starting August 26th, FusionPro Creator Version 11 will only be offered as part of our new subscription program, with an annual fee of $1500. All customers who wish to upgrade to Version 11 will now pay for FusionPro on an annual basis through a subscription license. To purchase or upgrade, please go to our FusionPro Store on August 26th.
To help our customers transition into the new pricing model, we offer the existing FusionPro version 10 customers an upgrade discount. The first license fee will be $500. To get the discount, apply your current FusionPro VDP Creator 10 serial number as a discount code during the purchase process. The old serial number should start with “FP10”. After the upgrade, the old serial number will no longer work.
This pricing model change applies to FusionPro Creator only. If you are a FusionPro Producer or Server customer or have any questions about how your contract may be affected by the subscription program, please contact your support team for more information.

What is included in the new subscription pricing?
FusionPro VDP Creator and FusionPro Expression Creator are both included in the new subscription model.
FusionPro Expression Creator allows you to combine graphic text, imagery, and data to produce dynamic personalized images. Adding those images to your FusionPro VDP jobs can add a new design dimension to your results.
Where and how can I purchase and download FusionPro 11?
You will be able to purchase FusionPro 11 from our updated store on August 26th. Please note a link to the updated store will be sent out to all customers on August 26th.
A credit card is needed in order to purchase and a primary card will need to be stored on file for the automatic renewal at the end of the first year.
After the purchase, you will receive an email with the new FusionPro 11 serial number that can be used to register both FusionPro VDP Creator and FusionPro Expression on the same machine.

Download FusionPro Expression. Note that you need the FusionPro Expression version 3.2.13 to be able to register with the bundled serial number.
Installation of FusionPro VDP Creator and FusionPro Expression
You will receive a purchase confirmation and receipt for the purchase via email. Your purchase confirmation email should include a FusionPro 11 serial number that looks like FP11-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xx.
Use the same serial number to install both FusionPro Creator 11 and FusionPro Expression on the same computer.
The registrations are maintained separately for each product on your machine so you can install and uninstall them independently. After you install FusionPro Expression, you can compose FusionPro Expression images in FusionPro Creator without seeing watermarks in the images.
Can I get a discount if I had recently purchased FusionPro 10?
The cost to upgrade from FusionPro 10 to 11 has an initial cost of $500 for the first year. After the first year, the renewal will be at the full price.
How do FusionPro Producer and FusionPro Server customers get updates?
At this time, there are no changes to the current licensing and maintenance agreements for FusionPro Producer and FusionPro Server customers. If your maintenance is up to date, you can download and update to FusionPro 11 with no additional cost.

What happens after the year ends?
If you purchase a FusionPro 11 subscription, whether from a new purchase, or an upgrade from FusionPro version 10, at the end of the first year, the store will automatically renew your license by charging the full price to the credit card on file.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel FusionPro renewals before the next billing cycle. Contact FusionProSupport@PTI.com to cancel the next renewal. You can continue to use FusionPro VDP Creator until the end of the current annual billing cycle.
Where can I purchase additional FusionPro Expression graphics?
FusionPro Expression comes with complimentary templates and additional templates for purchase. Go to the template store at shop.pti.com to download your complimentary templates or to purchase other templates.
