Lisa Majdi joined Cox Business in November, 2012 as the Director, Mid-Market/Large Local and Vertical Segment Marketing. In 2014, she added Channel Support for Indirect and Carrier plus Sales Enablement, Customer Education for all segments including SBM to her duties. Her responsibilities are to define, drive and lead the national marketing strategy for the Mid-Market/Large Local customer segment of Cox Business by developing integrated marketing programs and campaigns, for both acquisition and retention, to maximize growth, improve customer retention and drive market share. In addition, she’s tasked with driving growth in adjacent channels with all aspects of customer-facing materials, direct marketing and awareness campaigns, seminars and events. She also is responsible for ensuring that the sales organizations are well equipped with the tools, materials and other resources necessary to effectively sell Cox Business’ products and solutions and educate customers on use of the features/benefits of their solutions.
Lisa has over 20 years of experience in segment marketing, customer relationship management and marketing communications with Verizon Wireless, BellSouth and AT&T prior to joining Cox Business. In addition to marketing leadership roles, Lisa has worked in sales organizations and at regional and national advertising agencies. She holds a Masters degree in Communications from Western Kentucky University and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She is an honorary board member with Special Olympics Georgia and avid boater.
