Cynthia runs Marketing Technology at CA Technologies as well as the demand analytics and account targeting functions. Over the past 16 years, Cynthia has overseen demand generation, product marketing and sales enablement functions, as well as leading marketing technology “stacks” at Fortune 500 companies, startups and nonprofits. She has just been named as one of the top 30 women in MarTech by Heinz Marketing.
Cynthia built the global lead generation engine for Dell, overseeing a massive automation, lead management, and analytics platform that supported 4,000 marketers and almost 19,000 sales people. She won ITSMA’s Marketing Excellence Award and Sirius Decisions’ 2013 ROI Award. She presented at the 2015 MarTech summit, has guest taught university Marketing classes and has given various Marketing leadership seminars for ANA and other groups in addition to writing blogs on Marketing Technology.
Cynthia has engineering degrees from MIT and Tufts, an MBA from Harvard and a passion for using a combination of technology and people to improve customer experience and grow new products.
