How many users can I have?

Free accounts are limited to 3 users but all paid plans have unlimited users available.

How long does it take to set up?

Each distributed marketing set-up is customized and tailored to your specific use case; these take anywhere from 1 to 6 months.

When can I expect to have a portal up and running?

Our distributed marketing set-up is customized and tailored to your specific use case, most implementations are complete within 6 months, and some can be done within a month.

Can I make the portal public?

No, our portal has log-in only access. This ensures that proper access is maintained for just the specific individuals, teams, or contractors you’d like to have access to the portal. Our digital asset management tool does allow public sharing through lightboxes, the files in the lightboxes can be marked to expire to ensure privacy.

Does everyone have access to everything in the portal?

No. As an admin you can set up specific access for specific groups, that way users only see the items you want them to see.

Is training included?

Yes. Our basic Distributed Marketing tier does include instructor-led training to ensure proper adoption throughout your team.

Is support included?

Yes! Our support team is ready to help with any issue you might have. We also offer services, like template building, for an additional cost to take even more of the work off of your shoulders.

Can I set up templates on my own? Do you offer template set up as a service?

We offer both. Our Distributed Marketing tool has extremely flexible and customizable templates. For simpler templates, many customers set them up themselves. For larger and more complex templates we are happy to dive in and create anything you can imagine for an additional fee.

Can I limit the printed items ordered by user? By team?

Yes. You can place limits and budgets on physical items ordered.

What printers do you work with to fulfill items?

We integrate directly with all the major print providers. Continue to use your current provider, just with more control and access to branded materials than ever before.

Do you allow customization for emails?

Yes. You can create customizable html templates that can be used in emails.

Approval workflows available?

Yes. We have the option to add approvals, however we’ve found that its easier for most customers to set up specific access earlier on. With templates, the admin can decide which departments get which assets to use to customize their marketing materials, before they ever begin customizing. Everything that the end user is customizing is already pre-approved, and so there’s no need for an approval workflow, saving hours of approval time each week.

How much storage do you offer?

Our distributed marketing tool comes with 1 TB of storage for portal assets and creation.

What happens if I go over my storage limit?

You can always expand your storage, just contact us.

Can I connect to social media?

We don’t currently have direct connections with social media platforms. You can create customizable templates for social media, download and post, however.

Is there tracking or analytics included?

Yes, our platform includes analytics, complete with pre-built dashboards to show you exactly which marketing materials are being used the most.
