Solana Beach, CA – April 19, 2016 MarcomCentral®, a leading provider of cloud-based Marketing Asset Management and Variable Data Publishing solutions, today announced the launch of the 2016 Marketing Technology Roadshow. This series of events is a national, multi-city tour designed to create a setting where Marketers can learn from peers and develop expertise in the vast and evolving marketing technology (martech) space.
The educational events feature industry thought-leaders Jon Miller, CEO Engagio®, and Jon Russo, CEO B2B Fusion® & MO-CCA board member, as well as Marketing Executives from companies like GE®, Olapic®, and Pershing®.
“We wanted to create a strictly educational event in a relaxed setting, where Marketing professionals have the opportunity to get a candid look at what’s happening in marketing technology today and how CMOs are using it to their advantage,” said Forrest Leighton, VP of Marketing, MarcomCentral. “The martech landscape today can be overwhelming and that’s why we created a roadshow that will provide real value to help you in your job.”
The first three cities scheduled are New York City on May 3rd, Atlanta on June 14th, and Boston on June 15th. Some events will be hosted in the evening with cocktails and appetizers, while others in the morning with breakfast and coffee. The panel discussion format is designed to start the conversation around martech and be an open and honest discussion where attendees will leave with new ideas to add to their marketing strategy.
For several years, MarcomCentral hosted a large conference, the Marketing Operations Summit, that saw great attendance and feedback in the industry, which is what inspired the MarcomCentral team to take it on the road- to reach local markets in smaller, more intimate events where the opportunity for one-to-one communication was greater. This marks the first annual year of the Marketing Technology Roadshow.
