Continuing their tradition of innovative leadership in marketing communications management, MarcomCentral now offers a new ‘Business Intelligence’ solution to their growing user community.
MarcomCentral marketing portals have always offered reports on extensive data related to portal activity by marketing asset and user. The addition of this new Business Intelligence capability, will now allow clients to mine deeper into data to support more robust analytics giving MarcomCentral clients even more information through more granular reporting with custom dashboards.

Users logging into their MarcomCentral web portal will also have enhanced insight into system users, types of products ordered, what assets were most used, which campaigns were most successful and why, which orders were downloaded, printed or emailed versus which were sent as direct mail, and email blasts. A/B testing will also soon be available as part of this feature.
