PTI Marketing Technologies, Inc. dba MarcomCentral® respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. We recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of the Personal Data we learn about you while you visit our website at marcom.com (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy is to inform you how we collect, store, use, disclose and secure information and how MarcomCentral® may process your information will depend on the activity during your visit, use, and what service(s) you request. We also advise on how to manage your individual rights with MarcomCentral® for your Personal Data.
This Privacy Policy also covers our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data that we collect through our MarcomCentral Software-as-a-Service (MarcomCentral® Software) solution which was previously called “PTI Marketing Technologies Application”. The use of information collected through our solution is limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our clients have engaged.
In furtherance of the MarcomCentral® commitment to this Privacy Policy, MarcomCentral® has certified to adhere to the Privacy Principles set forth in the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S.Data Privacy Framework. Usage data may be used for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting of the functionality and usage of our MarcomCentral® Software. For the purposes of BI reporting activities, each customer’s data is stored with strong encryption and accessible solely by each respective customer using their verified credentials. Finally, MarcomCentral® maintains appropriate contractual terms and Service Level Agreements concerning the use of such data with its customers.
Personal Data
While you interact as a visitor or user of our website, we may ask, or you may volunteer, certain Personal Data such as your name, address, and phone number. We collect this information for the purpose of:
- Provide you with requested information the MarcomCentral® Software and Services
- Manage your registration for and attendance at our events and webinars or for training sessions

Right to Request Access
You may request details of User Personal Data which we hold about you via the Data Subject Access Request Form via https://marcom.com/data-subject-access-request/. Upon request, we will provide a copy of such Personal Data within a reasonable timeframe.
Right to Rectification
If you believe that any User Personal Data we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible via the Data Subject Access Request Form via https://marcom.com/data-subject-access-request/ or by writing us to the address listed below. We will promptly correct any Personal Data found to be incorrect.
Right to Object
You may choose to object to the collection or use of your User Personal Data:

- You object to the processing may be restricted pending the verification of whether MarcomCentral®’ legitimate grounds override your rights as a data subject.
Right to Portability
You have the right to receive your User Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. MarcomCentral® will assist in the transmission of such data to another entity, upon request, to the extent technically feasible.

This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.
We use this information to help us evaluate and improve our Website or MarcomCentral® Software to analyze trends, track User’s movements around the Website, and for marketing and investment analysis.
For MarcomCentral® Software we also use this information to authenticate users of or personalize the content on this online service.

MarcomCentral® uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect the Website and MarcomCentral® Software and to prevent unauthorized access, use, and disclosure of Customer Information. The MarcomCentral® defense-in-depth approach constitutes layers of physical, logical and conceptual security controls for our products, services and the infrastructure that supports our customer’s needs as well as our rapidly evolving enterprise The MarcomCentral® Software multi-tier system architecture governed by industry leading frameworks: National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. the Data Privacy Framework, the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Through the platform’s administration tool, our customers are empowered to configure their desired privacy, security and access management policies. The single sign-on (SSO) functionality provides our customers full control of their user community while enforcing their respective password requirements. The architecture of our products leverages security protocols and industry recommended practices such as encryption at rest and in transit. Data transmission over the Internet can’t be guaranteed to be secure, and every system that allows online access is potentially vulnerable to outside attacks from unauthorized third parties. As a result, while MarcomCentral® strives to protect your User and Customer Personal Data, MarcomCentral® can’t and doesn’t guarantee or warrant the security of any User and Customer Personal Data which User transmits to MarcomCentral®, and User does so entirely at User’s own risk.
Our Website may link to other web sites not controlled by MarcomCentral®. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any other web sites, and you acknowledge and agree that any visits to or use of such other web sites is entirely at your own risk. You should carefully review the privacy and security practices of the other web sites before you provide such web sites with any of your Customer Personal Data or User Personal Data.

When you register for MarcomCentral® Software, we may ask you for and collect Personal Data such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, job title, social media account, user name, signature and other similar identifying information (“Customer Personal Data”).
Collection and Use of Your Information
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged MarcomCentral®.
In general, we may use Customer Personal Data you submit to us to send you a welcome e-mail; send you requested material such as whitepapers, provide digital advertising, direct marketing communications, customer segmentation, marketing and or data analytics. In such cases, the collection of your Customer Personal Data is utilized internally to achieve operational standards in privacy and security with customers, per our contracts and industry standards. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not share the Personal Data collected from our services with other entities.
MarcomCentral® collects information under the direction of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Customer Personal Data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer Personal Data to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
MarcomCentral® acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Data. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to MarcomCentral® Software’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove, edit, access or provide a copy of your personal data we will respond and resolve the request per our Client’s instructions within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain personal data that we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. MarcomCentral® will retain this Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the EU-U.S. DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral complies with the EU-U.S. DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF. In certain situations, PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, PTI Marketing Technologies DBA MarcomCentral commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States.
